We are currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to bring their expertise to our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Account Manager with in-depth knowledge and experience in direct sales within the mining industry. The successful candidate will be a motivated, sales-focused individual, responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within a specific territory (Nevada).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally promote REMA TIP TOP products and services to current and prospective customers within a designated territory.
  • Be self-motivated, work well independently, and have good communication and organizational skills.
  • Represent REMA TIP TOP in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of all products and services offered by REMA TIP TOP.
  • Provide basic training to customers in the application of REMA TIP TOP materials and products.
  • Research and develop target lists of potential customers.
  • Establish long term, repeat business, key customer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of target markets.
  • Develop market strategies and goals for each product and service.
  • Well defined territory planning and time management skills.
  • Make regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads.
  • Represent REMA TIP TOP at trade shows as required.
  • Manage direct sales within their designated territory.
  • Ability to travel as required promoting Rema products and services within the territory.
  • Achieve / exceed all sales goals.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, in a clear, effective and professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening and presentation skills, strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Any additional responsibility deemed necessary.
  • Remote / Frequent travel within the state of Nevada / Occasional travel outside of the state.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 2-5+ years of experience, preferably in the industrial, mineral processing or mining products industry.
  • Proficiency and experience working with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated.
