We are currently seeking a motivated Territory Manager to bring their expertise to our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Territory Manager with in-depth knowledge and experience of direct sales in the tire repair industry. The successful candidate will develop opportunities within assigned territory for all RTTNA brand product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly interact with RTTNA customers and employees to continue growth of profitable sales and market share.
  • Drive business through fostering positive business relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Communicate with National Sales Manager regarding new and existing customers, account maintenance, new product requirements, product evaluation, product projections and sales promotions.
  • Frequent travel, routine visits to distributors, select OTR Retread/Retreaders, national account customers, trade shows, conferences and sales meetings. Visit each customer at least once per year.
  • Perform training seminars for distributors and end user customers.
  • Interact with distributors and their customers within the assigned territory to continuously im-prove their product knowledge, skills and training of TRM products.
  • Evaluate sales reports top determine needs of the assigned territory in distribution and prod-uct sales.
  • Provide feedback to management on trends and new product ideas.
  • Present territory issues to management team; competitor information, new products, supply issues and sales aids.
  • Provide on-time and accurate call reports, EMTP surveys, customer profiles and any other in-formation that directly impacts the territory.
  • Continual training to enhance job and personal performance.
  • Provide assistance to the team when necessary.
  • Projects and special assignments.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the tire repair / automotive industry.
  • Proficiency and experience working with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and/or related field, preferred.
