We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Training Specialist to bring their expertise in tire repair to our team, ensuring top-tier training and support for our customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to support our fast-paced purchasing department. In this role, you will assist with the administrative and clerical tasks essential to the procurement process, including tracking orders, managing vendor communications, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively to ensure seamless purchasing operations. This role is critical in helping the purchasing team meet deadlines, optimize inventory, and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a fast-paced Purchasing / Supply Chain Environment
  • Prepare purchase orders, send purchase orders to suppliers after approval, keep track of purchase orders
  • Follow up to ensure that purchases are delivered on schedule and meet the purchase order specifications
  • Respond to employee and supplier inquiries about order status, changes and cancellations
  • Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries
  • Keep ERP system (Business Central) up to date with Purchase Order related details, ETS, ETA, Shipment tracking, etc.
  • Keep adequate documentation in the system in dedicated folders of all transactions and records required
  • Provide administrative support to Manager/Team Members of the Department as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain field a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, a must
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • MS Business Central experience a plus
