BC 3004 Cement - The Blue Cold Vulcanizing Adhesive for Large Surface Applications

REMA TIP TOP’s BC 3004 Cement was specially developed for rubber lining large surface areas, applications where extended drying time is desirable.

Under normal working temperatures, BC 3004 provides a pot life of up to six hours, and a tack time of six hours, allowing fast and economical completion of any lining project.

BC 3004 Cement has excellent bonding properties and is perfect, in the fields of wear and corrosion protection, for applying rubber to rubber or rubber to metal over large surfaces, like large vessels, hoppers and tanks, lagging of large pulleys as well as on-site applications.

BC 3004 Cement is especially effective when used with REMA TIP TOP’s CN Bonding Layer (a semi-cured layer of neoprene used in a wide range of REMA TIP TOP cold bond linings, lagging, and conveyor belt repair materials), completing the curing process and creating an inseparable, durable bond.

The low viscosity ensures a quick and economic processing of the bonding systems.

To achieve optimum results we recommend the use of appropriate REMA TIP TOP primers and cleaning fluids.
